Thanks for reaching out to my business. A few questions before we talk so I show up to our first conversation already knowing what matters to you.

About you

Your name and the best way to reach you

Your business or project name

How you found me

What you need

Describe the problem in your own words

What have you already tried

What does a good outcome look like for you

Timing and budget

When would you like to start

Is there a deadline driving this

What range have you set aside for the work

Working together

Who else needs to be involved in decisions

How often do you want updates

Anything I should know before we start

Once I have this I'll read it properly and come back with a clear next step. No pressure and no long sales call.

Proposal

What I heard from you

You told me where things are stuck right now, and what you want the finished result to look like. This proposal is my answer to that. If I got something wrong, tell me and I'll adjust it.

What I will do

Map the work and confirm the scope with you in writing

Do the work in agreed stages so you always see progress

Hand over everything you need to run it without me

What you get

A finished piece of work you can use straight away, plus the notes and files behind it. Nothing is locked in a system only I can access.

Investment

The total and the payment schedule are listed below. A deposit holds your start date and the balance is due on delivery.

Next step

Reply to approve, or send questions and I'll answer them the same day. When you're ready I'll send the agreement and the invoice for the deposit.

Client Communication Flow

1. New enquiry, same day

Hi [First name], thanks for getting in touch with my business. I have your details and I'll come back to you within one business day. If it's easier to talk it through, here's my calendar.

2. After the intake form

Got your answers, thank you. I have read through them and I have a clear picture of what you need. I'll send a proposal by [date].

3. Proposal sent

Your proposal is attached, and take your time with it. If anything is unclear, ask me and I'll explain it plainly rather than sending more documents.

4. Follow up, four days later

Just checking in on the proposal I sent. No rush at all. If the timing is wrong right now, say so and I'll follow up later in the year instead.

5. Kick off

We are booked in. Here is what happens first, what I need from you, and when you'll hear from me next.

6. Update while the work is running

Quick update so nothing goes quiet. Here is where we are, and here's what is coming next week.

7. Delivery

Everything is ready and attached. Have a look and send me anything you want changed. I'd rather fix it now than have you live with something that's not right.

8. After the work is done

It was good working with you. If you know someone who needs the same help, send them my way. I'll check in again in a few months to see how it's holding up.
